• TRANSPORT CHARGES WILL BE AS PER SCHEDULE GIVEN:- Rs 1850/- FACILITY IF WITHDRAWN IN MID-SESSION, FEE FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR WILL HAVE TO BE PAID.
• REGARDING FEE RULES, KINDLY SEE GENERAL INSTRUCTION. PARENTS, WHO ARE INTERESTED IN DAY-BOARDING OR BOARDING FACILITY FOR THEIR WARDS, KINDLY CONTACT THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please follow the rules and regulations of the School and Bank properly.
2. For the convenience of the parents, fees have already been bifurcated into monthly installments.
3. Please fill in the student’s account number correctly.
4. All fee installments are to be paid strictly as scheduled by the 10th of a specific month.
5. If fees are not paid by the due date, Rs. 100/- will be charged as a fine up to the 15th, and Rs. 250/- per month will be charged from the 16th onwards.
6. For any reason, if there is a holiday/Sunday on the 10th, the fee can be deposited on the 11th without a late fee at the bank. Please follow the timings of the Bank properly.
7. If the fees for a particular examination are not paid in that month, the student will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
8. If the fees for February and March are not paid by 10th February, the student will not be allowed to sit for the final examinations.
9. Board students of classes X and XII have to pay three months’ fees up to March in the month of January.
10. It is essential that the break-up is given according to the column given in the pay slip and not in a lump sum only.
11. If fees are paid through online payments by RTGS/online transfer or any other mode, the receipt for the same is to be sent by the next day to the School Accounts Office without fail.
12. In case of cheque bouncing of the parent for the fees submitted, a fine of Rs 2000/- will be charged.

आशा है आप सभी इस कठिन समय में नियमों का पालन कर रहे होंगे। विशेष अनुरोध के साथ इस कठिन समय में व्यावहारिक रुप से विचार करते हुए लिख रहा हूं कि उत्तराखंड के शिक्षा निदेशक ने अभिभावकों को स्कूल फीस देने में समय की कुछ छूट दी है। इस कठिन समय में (कोविड-19) हम सब इस बात का पालन कर रहे हैं और फीस देने में छूट दे रहे हैं तथा हमारा उन सभी अभिभावकों से विनम्र निवेदन है। जो कि स्कूल फीस देने में पूर्णतः सक्षम हैं क्योंकि आप सभी जानते हैं कि हम पर भी विशाल वेतन देने का बोझ रहता है, जिसको हमें समय पर देना भी होता है और जिसे हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में रोक नहीं सकते। जो कर्मचारियों की नियमित आय हैं| साथ ही मैं उन सभी अभिभावकों को धन्यवाद देता हूं जिन्होंने समय पर फीस जमा कर हमारी मदद की है। अतः आपका पूर्ण सहयोग ही हमारे लिए अति महत्वपूर्ण है। इस कठिन घड़ी में जो भी अभिभावक सक्षम हैं। वे स्कूल फीस की मुख्य अनुसूची से फीस ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं , अथवा नेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा भुगतान कर सकते हैं।
